　　Beijing‘s “Din Tai Fung” to Close as Brand Agreement Expires

　　Beijing Hengtai Feng Catering Co．， Ltd． （hereinafter referred to as “Beijing Din Tai Fung”） has announced that due to the expiration of its 20-year business license and the board‘s failure to reach a consensus on renewal， the company has decided to gradually close the following 14 stores by October 31， 2024： Beijing Yuyang Store， SKP Store， Grand Pacific Store， Parkview Green Store， apm Store， China world Store， Cuiwei Department Store， Golden Resources Store， Tianjin Riverside66 Store， Tianjin Mixc Store， Qingdao Carnival • Hisense Plaza VILLAGE Store， Hisense Plaza Store， Xi’an SKP Store， and Xiamen Paragon Center Store．

　　Since its establishment in 2004， Beijing Din Tai Fung has been dedicated to providing high-quality dining experiences to its customers． Over the past twenty years， Beijing Din Tai Fung has grown from a single restaurant into a beloved culinary landmark in multiple cities， earning a stellar reputation， achieving remarkable success in the market， and gaining the trust and support of numerous customers and partners．

　　We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this decision may cause to our many loyal Din Tai Fung customers． The company will properly handle employee severance and placement matters and legally safeguard the rights and interests of stored value card members． Additionally， we will actively communicate with our partners to smoothly manage follow-up matters and minimize the impact on all parties involved．
